With its data services CDDN has developed a concept that generates its power from collaboration with marketing departments, driven by an independent party. CDDN is that independent party. Our customers are those marketers. We also work closely together with official organizations to continuously improve our quality.

This applies to all marketing campaigns. Especially when those actions are addressed personally. Those who own the most updated customer data are capable of  implementing the most cost-effective actions. So knowledge of customers and their data is of fundamental importance. And that is where interaction between companies lies.

Communities economy

The crux of this cooperation is to verify the information that a participant already has. Participants receive no customer data on persons who do not exist in their own database already. They receive a message from us when another participant report such as a removal of someone who is registered in both files. This is called Communities Economy. Crowdsourcing at its best where government, business & industry and consumers work together to optimize data quality.

Thanks to this collaboration we are able to develop a ‘Basic Administration’ which now already exceeds of 60 million customer data of nearly 11 million Dutch people over 18 years. Thus with our clients and data partners we work fast becoming all Dutch mapping.
